主なハウスルールに関して Regarding the main house rules
- 綺麗に使い、清潔を保つこと。
- 騒音や足音など、他の入居者の迷惑になる行為はしないこと。
- パーティー禁止、室内での喫煙も禁止。
- Use the room neatly and keep it clean.
- Do not make noise, footsteps, or other activities that disturb other tenants.
- No parties and no smoking indoors.
デポジットに関して about deposit
- デポジットは最終月の家賃になります。
- したがって、遅くても２ヶ月前の退去希望をお伝えください。
- 尚、予定日より早期退去などによるデポジットの返金などは一切しておりません。お気をつけ下さい。
- The deposit will be the last month's rent.
- Therefore, please inform us of your wish to move out at least two months in advance.
- Please note that the deposit is not refundable if you move out earlier than the scheduled move-out date. Please be careful.
ゲストの呼び込みに関して Regarding guest calls
- ゲストの呼び込みは２人まで可能になります。（騒音には十分お気をつけください。）
- Guests will be allowed to call in up to 2 people. (Please be careful with noise.)
入居日に関して Regarding Move-in date
- 基本的には月初め(1日)が契約日になっています。
- したがって、入居日が遅くなっても（例：１５日契約）１ヶ月分の家賃が発生いたしますので十分お気をつけください。
- Basically, the contract date is the first day of the month (1st).
- Therefore, even if you move in late (e.g., contract on the 15th), you will still be charged one month's rent.
